Engineering Manager - Cloud Games Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to lead a software development team that handles work critical to the Open Connect Gaming Appliance. This team coordinates with other groups to integrate new features in a timely and predictable way; handles the appliance software release process (including CI/CD release automation and testing); fixes bugs that are found in testing or production; and interfaces with other groups to ensure their tools and pipelines support the game appliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing/leading successful and highly productive teams

• Experience efficiently building and deploying robust products/features

• Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration

• High comfort with technical complexity and ambiguity and an interest to pioneer

Nice to have:

• Experience developing and optimizing high-performance real-time applications such as games or simulations

• Experience with Linux

• Experience with CI/CD systems and SDK

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family background skills and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $190000 - $920000.
