Twitch's Community organization is responsible for helping our users to understand, build, and recognize their communities. As a Mobile Engineering Manager, you will lead a team that works with modern technologies like Kotlin, Swift, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, and GraphQL to build products and features that support Community's mission.

This position can be located in San Francisco, CA: Seattle, WA; and New York, NY.

• Build the team roadmap and share it with our stakeholders
• Represent your team in engineering discussions with other teams
• Execute on roadmap projects and keep stakeholders informed
• Manage the careers of the engineers on your team and ensure their continued development 

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• Experience with Android or iOS development

• Familiarity with scheduling and ticket management tools such as JIRA
• Familiarity with Twitch, as a viewer or a streamer!

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $148,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $287,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
