Engineering Manager, Data and AI

CYE’s Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ) platform, Hyver, transforms the way that organizations manage cybersecurity. Hyver visualizes attack routes, quantifies cyber risk, provides evidence-based mitigation plans, and helps executives to clearly communicate risk.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team of AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and data analysts to build new Data and AI driven features in Hyver.

Our technology stack includes Spark and PySpark on Databricks, AWS, K8s, PostgreSQL, and more.

You'll work on:

• Leading a data team to design and implement new and innovative features in our platform.
• Building efficient and secure data pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, indexing, model training and model serving. This includes both classical ML Models as well as RAG and GenAI pipelines.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

You'll be a fit for this role if you have:

• Great passion and proven hands-on experience with Data, AI and GenAI technologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies, lead engineering teams and have deep impact on technology vision.
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• 4+ years of experience in Apache Spark, Spark Structured Streaming, Kafka, MLOps and ML Model deployment and maintenance in production.
• Advantage - Experience with Databricks and Delta Lake or similar Lakehouse technologies
