Engineering Manager - DevEx

This is a high-impact engineering leadership role focused on shaping and scaling the developer experience across a fast-growing, AI-enabled engineering organization. You will lead a team responsible for building and maintaining the core tools, systems, and workflows that power software development at scale. From CI/CD pipelines to AI-assisted coding infrastructure, your work will directly influence how efficiently engineers build, test, and ship products. The role blends technical leadership, people management, and strategic vision in a highly innovative environment. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership to define the future of developer productivity in an AI-first world. • Lead, manage, and coach a team of engineers building core developer experience systems, including CI/CD pipelines, development environments, and internal tooling
• Drive improvements in developer productivity by optimizing workflows, tooling, and AI-assisted engineering systems
• Provide technical leadership on architectural decisions related to code quality, review processes, and software delivery pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define and execute the DevEx strategy and roadmap
• Translate developer needs and feedback into actionable engineering priorities and scalable solutions
• Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and customer-centric engineering practices
• Ensure internal engineering teams are treated as key stakeholders and “customers” of DevEx products
• Champion the adoption of modern tools and AI-driven workflows to improve engineering efficiency
• Build and grow a high-performing team through hiring, mentorship, and professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architectural and system design discussions
• Experience improving developer productivity, engineering tooling, or platform infrastructure
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking and execution
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools or workflows is a plus
• Exposure to blockchain or crypto-related products is a bonus but not required
