What You'll Do:

• Recruit, manage, and nurture top talent developers.
• Mentor and advise the team via code review, pair programming, and more.
• Share knowledge between your team members and other teams in the group and the company.
• Discover the technical debt & challenges and assist in solving them.
• Interact with stakeholders outside of the group.
• Work as a part of the team in hands-on development.

What We Look For:

• 8+ years of Overall experience in core development (Frontend and Backend) 
• 5+ years of experience in server-side Python technologies is a must.
• 3+ years of experience as a team leader must.
• 3+ years of experience in Javascript,HTML5, CSS3 is a must.
• Experience with Dockers, AWS, Airflow, Sentry, OpenSearch.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Delivery - advantage.
• Experience in Git and Github.
• Team player with strong communication skills who loves to collaborate with others.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience with Django.
• Experience in databases such as Postgres, MySQL, etc.
• Experience with async development - celery.
• Experience with Restful API.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture.
• Experience working within a Linux environment with scripting skills (bash, shell).
• Experience with VueJS
• Experience in AWS technologies.
