Engineering Manager II

Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial and self-driven Engineering Manager. This person will directly impact Pinterest’s business success. As a leader of a multidisciplinary team you will be working to organize execution and strategy across several business verticals

What you’ll do

• Manage and mentor a team of Web Backend iOS and Android engineers providing guidance and support to grow their careers.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers engineers data scientists.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who will shape our team level strategy

• Someone who knows how to develop high impact high velocity teams
