Engineering Manager (Integrations)

The Integrations Engineering Manager is the technical and Eng people leader for Integrations on Restaurant. The successful candidate will manage 5-10 Engineers integrating 3rd party applications with SpotOn owned Restaurant products
On a daily basis you will:

• Lead an engineering team to effectively execute product roadmaps and produce quality deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers (i.e. product, design, sales, support) and use strategic influence to shape product vision
• Guide architectural conversations to solve complex technical challenges
• Drive release process and deploy reliable products that are instrumented with logging, monitoring and alerting
• Manage day-to-day execution of the Restaurant Integrations team.
• Guide architecture + implementation discussions
• Provide input into the team's roadmap (tech debt, improvements, planning execution of integrations)
• Performance manage team (provide feedback)
• Hypothesize, measure and learn. Continuously test and leverage insights to inform decisions
• Be able to put yourself in our customer's shoes everyday
• Grow and mentor our engineering teams and learning culture

What skill are we searching for?

• 7+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience managing software teams
• Experience delivering complex powerful products that are made simple for our users
• An analytical and metrics driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions
• An ability to manage multiple responsibilities and multiple projects in an iterative process

Compensation:

• Our base pay range is $150,000 -$190,000 for this role
• Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
• Offers will be reflective of the candidate's location and experience.
