Engineering Manager, Measurement Reporting

The mission of the Audience Reporting team is to provide a delightful, flexible visualization experience on complex audience measurement data for our customers to make the decisions they need to grow their business. 

The impact you will have:

• Technical leadership. Own the technical output of the audience measurement product team. Ensure high technical standards by instituting processes (architecture reviews, testing) and culture (engineering excellence). Review and drive the long-term technical direction of Tatari’s measurement products. Identify and communicate best practices in front end engineering and in building highly performant data visualization with complex data
• Management. Directly manage engineers. Provide feedback and guide promotions and leveling process. Support engineers in their career development by providing clear feedback and developing engineering leaders.
• Planning. Work to the scope and plan key deliverables. Work with engineering managers and ICs to ensure project planning of key initiatives.
• Cross-functional execution. Coordinate within the organization alongside UX Design, PM, Marketing, Support, and Client Services to ensure delivery of key initiatives. Influence product strategy alongside the Product Management team.
• Hiring. Recruit and hire the best engineers in a competitive hiring climate.

What we look for:

• Experience with building high performance, secure API products/integration, and delightful visualization & customer experience with complex data
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scaling the systems, and building services on top of containers 
• Deep experience in front-end languages such as react and are familiar with backend languages, e.g. Python and GraphQL
• Knowledge of product analytics tools and A/B testing tools
• Experience devising efficient processes that increase velocity and quality
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to work towards a common goal (UX Design, Data Science, Product Management, and Client Services)
• Success hiring and developing high caliber talent
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
