MOLOCO seeks an exceptional Engineering Manager, Mobile SDK to join us in innovating the ads experience of the open internet.

In this role you will: 

• Manage SDK development for Moloco’s supported platforms
• Manage resources, staffing, enhancements and maintenance of a best in class engineering team
• Lead and guide team through design and architectural decisions
• Translate product requirements into software specifications
• Follow, support and lead technology evolution and requirements across prominent app platforms
• Create and maintain client-facing SDK support documentation
• Maintain and provide direct client support of current and legacy SDKs

• 2+ years of management experience
• History of releasing mobile SDKs in a production environment
• 6+ years of experience in mobile development in both iOS and Android
• 6+ years of production experience with one or more programming languages; Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go (Golang), C#, C++ and ability to switch quickly between languages
• Strong software development skills from requirements to design to implementation
• Passion for knowledge sharing and raising the bar within your organization
• Outstanding time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related fields
• Experience forming, managing and scaling engineering teams of 5+ engineers and collaborating within and across multiple teams and roles
• Strong verbal and written technical presentation skills
• History of tracking & driving metrics and using data to make informed decisions
• Cross platform development tool experience 
• Experience using 3rd party SDKs in apps
• AdTech, Media, Entertainment or Gaming experience and familiarity
