About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Supply Chain and Manufacturing systems Engineering Manager to join our rapidly scaling technology organization. Engineering Managers at Dandy drive the delivery and rollout of industry-defining products and experiences for our customers. Dandy is building a high precision, high velocity, on-demand custom manufacturing capabilities and in this role, you’ll work collaboratively with our world class product engineering teams (staffed with alums of Facebook, Google, Apple, Airbnb, Uber, and more) to drive step-function changes in scalability and resilience in of this world class system.

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic self-starting Engineering Manager. This position will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining all systems related to our manufacturing processes which include both in-house and 3rd party system. You will oversee and collaborate with other teams to ensure the high uptime of our digital dental lab systems.

• Build and lead successful engineering teams at Dandy while demonstrating commitment to hiring and developing great talent.

• Drive the roadmap and priorities for your team, while ensuring your team deeply understands the company's vision and strategic priorities.

• Drive team velocity while setting clear expectations for team members.

• Manage external stakeholders and dependencies to keep the team focused on achieving important goals.

• Drive a collaborative culture of excellence within engineering.

What We're Looking For

• You have 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role managing individuals on teams

• Previous experience with scaled supply chain and/or manufacturing and/or robotics management systems.

• You have a history of building teams, and understand how to identify and close top engineering talent

• You have managed or worked on teams that have shipped and managed business critical infrastructure and systems

• You have experience driving projects and initiatives across cross-functional domains while setting clear expectations and direction for all stakeholders involved

• You practice servant leadership and are not afraid to go deep into the details when necessary to support the team

Compensation Range: $210K - $240K
