Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Development:
   • Develop and implement a comprehensive product roadmap for mobile construction equipment, aligning with market demands and company objectives.
   • Drive innovation in product design, performance, and functionality to enhance our equipment's competitiveness.
2. Project Management:
   • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams through the complete product development cycle, from conception to product launch.
   • Establish clear project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
3. Market Analysis and Customer Engagement:
   • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competition within the construction equipment sector.
   • Engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
4. Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance:
   • Oversee product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
   • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve issues and enhance product performance and safety features.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
   • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
   • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, marketing, and sales to align product strategies.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. An advanced degree (MS, MBA) is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product management or engineering within the construction equipment industry, with a focus on mobile equipment.
• MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint desirable.

Key responsibilities:

• Strong project management skills with a successful track record in launching products within set timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, engineering standards, and manufacturing processes related to mobile construction equipment.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements and safety standards.

• Able to manage multiple projects in varying stages of process execution with knowledge, expertise, and motivation to succeed.
