Description

On this team you will: - Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas - Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization - Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals - Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline - Play an active role in improving how features are built and executed in the Apple Services Engineering organization - Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels - Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve Apple Services Engineering's suite of features

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or technical project management management, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle
• Built global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency - Search and Recommendations experience is a huge plus
• Knowledge of A/B testing
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities
• Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plans
• Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines
• Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
• Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization
• BS/BA Degree and/or MBA preferred

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
