Engineering Project Administrator (Remote Considered)

Description

The Engineering Project Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to Project Development and Construction Engineering teams to ensure smooth and efficient project and group activities. Administrators will aid with various EPC Engineering project planning and development tasks. The Project Administrator will report directly to DI-EPC SVP Engineering from an HR perspective with dotted lines to the Construction Engineering and Project Development Engineering Directors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-5 years of professional experience in a project management, project administration or project coordination role
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as SAP, IFS, JDE, Oracle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Exposure to EPC/engineering, construction, installation processes is preferred
• Energy industry knowledge and experience is a plus
• Project Management Institute PMP certification a plus

• Support engineering document control and processes
• Assist with the development and optimization of internal operating policies, standards, and procedures
• Manage Utility Interconnection Application process
• Site survey coordination
• ERP Management
• Engineering training coordinator
• Document control management
• Manage group monthly reporting metrics
• Video recording management (PTRs & Training)
