Engineering Project Coordinator

Do you thrive in detail-orientedness, organization, and keeping projects on track? As an Engineering Project coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the Engineering team, supporting the Project Manager and Engineering teams on sustaining projects. By developing detailed work plans and project estimates, managing status reports, project tracking and analysis, you'll keep the team in line to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Maintain project tasks and schedules in Wrike.
• Attend and report on all Project Meetings as required.
• Prepare meeting materials, including reports, presentations, and agendas.
• Take meeting minutes and distribute to all project team members.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Disseminate project information to all stakeholders, including progress reports.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar experience
• Excellent attention to detail, organized and methodical
• Interest and a basic understanding of science and engineering concepts
• Ability to quickly produce quality project meeting notes
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field of study, a plus
• Must be familiar with Excel, project management software, and Powerpoint
