Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accessory development (NPI • EOL) • Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Ops, Marketing, CM/OEMs) • Own schedules, FAIs, logistics, and configuration (ECOs, BOMs, AML) • Ensure trade compliance, consumer safety, and global readiness • Drive communication, resolve issues, and maintain stakeholder alignment • Oversee material availability (CTB), builds, and status reporting Requirements: • 5+ years in hardware or consumer electronics project management • Experience with NPI, FAIs, BOMs, ECOs, and supply chain coordination • Strong communicator and leader across teams and levels • Comfortable in high-speed, high-ambiguity environments • Familiarity with accessories, mechanical parts, and global launches Additional Information: • Hybrid role • Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour • Duration:6 Months Must be authorized to work in the United States.
