The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and exposure within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Soft Skills: Team Worker, Communication, and Technical Writing. 
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Experience in: 
  • Equipment validation (IQ, OQ, PQ, MVP). 
  • FDA Compliance 
  • Statistical, and Measurement System Analysis. 
  • Packaging Excellence, PFMEA, SOP, and Process Map. 

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

•  Designs, develops, analyzes, troubleshoots, and provides technical skills during research and product development.
• Under the direction of the Engineer Section Head, provides technical direction to department engineers.
• Plans and coordinates larger-scale engineering projects or several medium or small-scale projects while acting as a technical specialist for a specific section.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of new developments and technology.
• Monitors projects and recommends changes to improve operating efficiency. 
• Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. 
• Established and productive individual contributor. Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects.
• Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of the job area. 
• The equipment needs to be validated for our packaging operations.
