Job Summary:

We have an immediate opening for an Engineering Specialist to join our engineering team. This role will become a key support on resolving post-sales technical issues, support validation effort, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver resolution. We are seeking someone with strong technical skills to partner closely with the engineers to support on all post-sales issues and resolve in timely manner.

This role will be based in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): • Perform in-depth evaluation of applications and feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize products • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects • Collaborate closely with product management teams to identify and resolve issues during development and post-sales stages • Support product quality improvement during design and manufacturing stages

• Support and resolve post-sales technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering team to duplicate and debug

Qualifications:• High school or Associate degree, or with equivalent experiences is preferred • Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experiences working with IT-related product/solution • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment with minimum supervision • Demonstrate understanding or how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations • Strong technical background • Understanding of server/datacenter technology and related application preferred • Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation skills), and ability to negotiate effectively • Excellent knowledge of server or chip architecture
