Allegro MicroSystems, LLC, a leader in designing, manufacturing and marketing high-performance magnetic sensor and power integrated circuits, is seeking talented and motivated candidates for a summer internship in their Manchester, New Hampshire facility. Allegro's innovative solutions serve high-growth applications within the automotive market, with additional focus on office automation, industrial, and consumer/communications solutions.

As an Engineering Summer Intern you will work closely with Allegro design, systems & test engineers, marketing personnel, field sales managers & with industry leading customers. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to many different areas within the organization, a few of which are listed below:

• Learn requirements for customer applications within the automotive, communications, consumer & industrial markets.
• Verify proper performance of Allegro Sensors and Control ICs through applications based testing in the laboratory.
• Assist Development Engineering with product level simulation, testing, and debugging.
• Operate semi-automatic probe station.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates will be pursuing a BSEE/MSEE or equivalent. You must have the following:

• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, communication, and documentation.
• Familiarity with C, C++, MATLAB, Simulink, or LabVIEW.
• Familiarity with circuit analysis or simulation.
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures and basic electronic lab equipment.
