Job Description

We're on the hunt for an Engineering Supervisor at Valeo Foods UK. Based in vibrant Pontefract, you'll be at the heart of where the magic happens - creating delightful treats loved by many.

In the role of Engineering Supervisor, you will assume a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of our systems, plants, and equipment. From implementing predictive maintenance strategies to overseeing troubleshooting efforts, your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our production efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain planned and predictive maintenance programs
• Manage our CMMS and work request systems with precision and diligence
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and manage PPM schedules
• Communicate maintenance plans effectively across departments
• Champion condition-based maintenance initiatives for enhanced reliability
• Analyze maintenance records and reports to drive continuous improvement
