About This Role:

The Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for onboarding new and re-hire support staff for Accra clients. They will facilitate and oversee application documents and background studies to ensure an expedited hiring process. Their focus will include enrolling stakeholders into Accra services that will enable clients and Responsible Parties to be able to proactively safeguard their homecare services. Overseeing the effective and efficient enrollment processes in-home or through other communication methods will be critical to their abilities to help stakeholders manage their care plans and services.

**This position requires travel within the Twin Cities Metro Area going into client homes**

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred, but not required OR 5 to 10 years of customer service experience.Β OR a combination of education and experience.
  • Multilingual is a plus.
  • Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA Homecare services a plus.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Be confident in working with a variety of settings and communities.
  • Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
  • Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation for work driving purposes.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to travel throughout the surrounding Metro counties to assist in the completion of necessary paperwork in-home.
  • Proficient in document collection, while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization of information.
  • Ability to effectively guide staff through technical documents in-person, over the phone, and via electronic communication.

  • Ability to adapt to rapid change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Troubleshoot usage of technology to send and receive documents and information.
  • Support the Integration Department as needed.
