Position Summary

The Enrollment Manager serves as a key member to our marketing and business development teams to provide consultative customer support to executives and mid career professionals who are considering enrolling in Wall Street Prep’s online learning platform to enhance their careers. 

The Enrollment Manager must thrive in novel, high-stakes situations that require creativity, intuition, and big-picture thinking, and will have an opportunity to provide excellent customer service to executives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration and enrollment operations for our online certificate courses. 
  • Serve as the point of contact to promote our certificate programs. This will be accomplished through phone calls (inbound and outbound), email and Zoom video meetings. 
  • Answer questions by executives and finance professionals considering the program and better understand their needs. Keep track of common questions or trends and report relevant information to our marketing and product teams.
  • Build and establish relationships with potential finance professionals exploring Wall Street Prep certificates and support their career journey.
  • Build trust and credibility with learners by consistently delivering best-in-class customer service experience.
  • Communicate the elements and benefits of the certificate program to finance professionals and executives.
  • Partner with other departments as necessary to guide/inform the enrollment process, including marketing, sales, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2 - 3 years of proven customer service, enrollment, sales or related experience required
  • Prior experience communicating and engaging with professionals
  • Experience working with certification programs preferred
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to think and plan ahead without prompting
  • Superb ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with both internal team members as well as prospective applicants to Wall Street Prep’s certificate programs
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills and ability to effectively engage and support executives and finance professionals exploring Wall Street Prep’s career certificates.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • A collaborative team player who is excited to have a dynamic role in a growing 
  • organization
