Cortica is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to join our growing multi-disciplinary team!
Under the general direction of the Cortica Head of Client Experience, the Enrollment Specialist is responsible for providing information and support for families navigating the application, decision and enrollment process, providing prospective patients with a positive, patient-centered experience through all stages of the enrollment cycle.

What will you do?
- Serve as the primary interface for incoming patient inquiries and guiding families through our enrollment process, focusing on providing a positive, patient-centered experience
- Support patients and their families to ensure documentation is completed on a timely basis; on behalf of the patient, engaging providers to assist documentation (i.e., referral) collection
- Schedule initial medical evaluations, care plan meetings, and evaluations, working across multiple disciplines to provide rapid inquiry to enrollment cycle time
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollment documentation; maintain and accurately update systems of record (i.e., Salesforce, Athena)
- Participate in the development of knowledge and supports enrollment team members by responding to request for assistance
- Demonstrate excellent patient relations skills on all interactions (i.e., phone, email) and engage all patients in a genuine, warm and caring manner
- Work collaboratively with scheduling team members and Cortica staff to support and understand overall scheduling for services
- Be highly accountable and responsive to incoming phone inquiries and web form submissions; ensures follow-ups are done in a timely manner, meeting established Service Level Agreements
- Must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs
- Oversee and perform a wide variety of clerical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of computers and other equipment
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You have a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- You possess knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Applications, and knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
- You have strong verbal and written communication.
- You have customer service experience (preferably over the phone).

The base pay range for this opening is $20/hr to 25/hr. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
Cortica may identify specific roles as 100%, permanently remote roles (as defined in the role’s job description). Teammates in these roles do not have the option to work in the corporate office or a Cortica clinic unless approved in advance by their supervisor.
