Job Description

As an Enrollments Specialist, you’ll be assisting customers with the clearinghouse and insurance company enrollments. This includes collecting all necessary information, working with customers to ensure understanding, completing required forms, obtaining signatures, and consistently follow-up with customers, clearinghouses, and insurance companies. You will be the point of contact for any customer with enrollment needs.
Your Area of Focus- Ownership of transaction requests (cases and payers) from beginning to end
- Walking customers through expectations and processes needed for approval of connectionsÂ
- Working with customers to collect information and complete specific enrollment agreementsÂ
- Following up customer and vendors to ensure all docs are properly completed and processedÂ
- Solving issues that arise during the processÂ
- Making sure that customers get all the information on the status of their enrollmentsÂ
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and procedure questions
- Domain experience in either healthcare, technology, or both preferred, but not required
- Expertise in customer service principles and office software applications
- 1-2 years experience with project-based work that involves following through on a process until its completion
- Not only out of this world problem-solving skills, but the ability to find your way through a maze of resources to find solutions
- Bonus: Experience in medical billing, SalesForce or other CRM, and advanced telephone systemsÂ
