A five-physician ENT private practice that has served Northwestern Oregon for the past 40 years is searching for a physician to join its team. This group has a fully equipped state-of-the-art on-site surgical center and offers comprehensive ENT-related services to a growing population of over 1,000,000.

Position Details:

• Work with a well-rounded group of physicians who encourage you to craft your practice around your areas of interest
• Excellent quality of life with an optional 4-day work week and 1:8 call schedule with PA assistance
• Opportunity for mentorship from successful seasoned partners in both clinical and business settings
• $1,000,000 earning potential after becoming a partner in the practice after year two
• $25,000 sign-on bonus, $25,000 for relocation, 4 weeks of PTO, Health, Vision, Dental, and retirement
