ENT Physician - Flexible Private Practice Opportunity in Sarasota, FL

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board-Certified/Board-Eligible ENT Physician to join a well-established, high-volume private practice in Sarasota, Florida. We are open to any reasonable offer and provide flexible employment and ownership opportunities, all of which will be considered and are open for discussion. About the Practice:

• Established since 1995: A solo ENT practice with a long and trusted history.
• Diverse Patient Mix: 80% pediatric patients along with adult hearing and sinus cases.
• High Patient Volume: 150-200 patient visits per week on a four-day workweek.
• Fully Equipped Office: Four exam rooms, each outfitted with microscopes and fiberoptic scopes.
• On-Site Audiology Services: Comprehensive testing and hearing aid services
• Experienced Support: A skilled ENT Physician Associate (PA) seeing 100-125 patients per week, managing adult patients and assisting with hospital consults.

Position Details:

• Patient Focus: Seeking an ENT Physician comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients.
• Work Schedule: 3-4 days per week in the office with additional OR time at a nearby surgery center and/or hospital.

• Office Call: Cover your own patients and share emergency call coverage when another physician is unavailable.
• Additional Earnings:Call at Sarasota Memorial Hospital is paid weekly at $10,500 per week, plus the ability to bill separately for services rendered.
• On-Site Support: PA support is available for daytime consults at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
