Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ENT Surgeon to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an integral member of our practice, you will provide a wide range of ear, nose, and throat services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will be a highly qualified surgeon with strong clinical and communication skills, ready to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of ENT conditions, including disorders of the ear, nose, and throat, as well as head and neck conditions.
• Perform surgeries, including but not limited to, nasal surgery, tonsillectomies, ear tube placement, and other otolaryngologic procedures.
• Your schedule will have a good clinical/surgical balance and expected caseload is about 30% pediatrics and 70% adult patients.
• Provide patient education and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ENT treatments and techniques.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Communicate clearly with our referring providers including 24 family practice providers, 8 internal medicine and 9 pediatricians.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
• Strong surgical skills with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
