Launched in 2017, we are a rapidly growing company with a scalable and ethical revenue model, product market fit, and websites and customers that span the globe. In February 2022, we closed a financing round led by HealthX Ventures.

Each year, 90% of people who need addiction treatment don’t receive it. One of the major reasons is the difficulty in finding a treatment provider, and with people turning to the Internet over family, friends, or medical professionals to find care, the opportunity to make an impact is massive. RehabPath makes this difference in thousands of people’s lives every month by providing a comprehensive, user-friendly resource for finding addiction and mental health treatment.

Here's why we need your help

The Enterprise Account Director is a new role at RehabPath and will be focused on retaining and growing our most valuable enterprise relationships. Initially you will be a team of one, but if this strategy is proven to be scalable and as we add additional enterprise clients, we expect you to have the opportunity to hire enterprise account managers to work on your team and use the processes developed by you to continue to scale this effort. 

Our enterprise accounts are large behavioral health organizations representing hundreds of facilities and thousands of beds throughout the U.S. 

Here's how you know you're being successful

  • Your accounts are seeing continued success as defined by meeting or exceeding their cost per admission targets while increasing ad spend on the RehabPath ad platform
  • You’ve built strategic relationships with key stakeholders at each company under your management, both at the corporate level and at individual facilities (where applicable)
  • You propose and execute on cross-departmental strategies involving our advertising operations, customer success and product teams that result in the growth and success of your accounts

We'll expect you to do things like these

  • Oversee the strategic relationship between RehabPath and your accounts 
  • Work closely with our Customer Success & Advertising Operations teams to develop advertising campaigns that deliver significant value to your accounts
  • Establish and run timely and recurring client meetings, reviewing campaign results, recaps and upcoming opportunities
  • Keep key accounts apprised of product enhancements and new opportunities 
  • Troubleshoot issues like attribution, low-converting landing pages, and under-performing admissions processes that are leading to less than acceptable cost per lead or cost per admission
  • Meet in person with stakeholders from your five primary accounts at least once per year

Compensation

This position will include a competitive base salary commensurate with your experience and the level of responsibility of this role. In addition, you will earn commission based on managed ad spend, which will be uncapped. 

 
Requirements

  • 10 years of digital marketing experience
  • 5 years of account management experience at a digital marketing or advertising agency OR 5 years managing marketing efforts at a behavioral healthcare facility
  • Extensive experience navigating an enterprise environment (with at least 500+ employees)
  • A sophisticated understanding of digital advertising, marketing concepts and best practices
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate/spend regular time at our headquarters in Madison, WI

What we think will improve your chances of success

  • Experience in the addiction or behavioral health field
  • Previous experience with increasing and maintaining a census at a behavioral healthcare facility
  • Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Proven ability to grow revenue through successful account management
  • Expertise with Google Analytics and other similar platforms
  • Experience managing, building and optimizing Google Ads or equivalent PPC campaigns
  • Technical understanding of tracking and attribution strategies typical in digital advertising
  • Knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, terminology and trends 
  • A passion for mental health and our mission
