Enterprise Account Executive
Job Description
We believe that through payments and embedded fintech, every vertical SaaS platform can 5x revenue. Doing so has historically been a long, complicated, and expensive process. After scaling and successfully exiting multiple vertical SaaS businesses, we set out to help platforms dominate their corner of the internet. As a fully venture-backed payments technology company based in St. Paul, Minnesota, JustiFi is building a platform to process payments and unlock embedded fintech products for vertical SaaS platforms.Â
JustiFi is growing and we are adding an Enterprise Account Executive to our team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will sell into our largest valued prospects. Your finesse in getting the buy-in of multiple stakeholders will be valuable in this role. Your polished presentation style will be welcomed. Your ability to understand the unique challenges our customers face and be able to find the fit, recommend a path forward, and present solutions that solve our customers challenges will create success for you. Experience selling payment processing technology to SaaS companies is desired for this role. While our home base is located in St. Paul, MN, this role is open to a remote employee.

What you will do in the Enterprise Account Executive role:
- Create a plan to manage the sales process from lead to close.
- Develop and implement an annual business plan to support attainment of quota. To be updated on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Develop account penetration strategies for key industries and accounts. Provide communication of current market intelligence back to the business.
- Prospect for new customers and business.
- Achieve annual and quarterly goals of booking and revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Identify customer’s technical and business requirements and position JustiFi’s products to fit within the customer’s environment.
- Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account. This will consist of multiple levels within the customer's organization, to include the C suite and most often within the finance and IT departments.
- Consistently deliver solutions that are highly valued, by both the customer and JustiFi.
- Develop and deliver customer presentations, generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings, and collaborate internally with Operations, Product, and Engineering.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and attend industry trade shows as needed.
Experience and qualities for success in the Enterprise Account Executive role:
- 3-5 years of relevant sales/closing experience with enterprise customers.
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience. Selling into vertical SaaS orgs is a plus.
- Experience selling payment processing technology to enterprise level customers.
- Demonstrated experience navigating a multi-level sales process with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Self-starter that still thrives in a team environment.
- Experience using HubSpot, Gong, LI Navigator or other sales-oriented tech stack tools desired.
