Enterprise Account Executive
Job Description
This is a senior position that extends beyond traditional transactional selling, requiring a consultative, strategic, and creative approach to build trusted advisor relationships across diverse enterprise organizations. It requires a proven track record balancing multiple client priorities, conveying value in ways that resonate across various stakeholders, and building a strong ecosystem of advocates - including C-suite decision makers, internally and externally.
We are seeking candidates who enjoy translating complex business needs into simple, digestible materials that are clearly communicated, convey compelling value, and move the business of ecommerce forward. The ideal candidate sees Signifyd solutions through the eyes of enterprise buyers, and are able to translate market trends into valuable insights.
Clear communication skills are required as well as the ability to build on ideas in real time as you will collaborate with CFOs, CMOs, CDOs, ecommerce, product owners, experience experts, fraud, risk, and technology executives.
What to expect in your role:
- Leverage and manage the actions of a team of experts to collaborate, to innovate, and to solution shoulder-to-shoulder with customers to build and execute winning strategies.
- Replicate success across a broad set of Enterprise Accounts, providing scale, expanding coverage, and building strength in named vertical markets.
- Craft memorable engagements, content, and thought leadership designed to set Signifyd apart and win business.
- Solution across the entire customer journey impacting emerging trends across payments, consumer abuse, online returns, omni-channel fulfillment, and marketplaces.
- Build a business within your territory: responsible for establishing new relationships; building, growing, and managing pipeline; closing new business for Signifyd; and ensuring successful transition to implementation.
- Out of the box thinker with a bias towards action and team-oriented strategy design.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years strategic selling with experience in e-commerce, risk, or fraud markets OR equivalent experience in a technical, consultative solution-based selling role (Solutions/Sales Engineer, Product Manager, etc.) that requires rigorous business analytics and/or strategic thought.
- Proven track record closing multiple strategic deals that exceed $1M in annual impact.
- Terrific written and verbal communication skills; superior interpersonal skills; and able to craft memorable, compelling storyboards with potential customers.
- A natural inclination towards problem-solving, is resourceful, proactive and thrives off of autonomy.
- Natural analytical ability with a strong passion for persuasion - able to see value, negotiate for that value, and bring others along the journey.
- Collaborative with individuals at all levels of the organization, including the C-suite.
- Some travel is expected.

(Colorado and New York City only*) Minimum salary of $130,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salaries are determined by role, level, and location. The salary minimum displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
