Job Description Summary:

We’re not solving a small problem, and we’re not addressing a small market. We’re going after returns—the part of online shopping that consumers say they hate most. As an Enterprise Account Exec, you have a substantial impact on revenue growth at Happy Returns. You will help drive success identify, develop, and close new opportunities with enterprise merchants.

Job Description:

Role

  • Work with Happy Returns internal teams (Client Success, Onboarding, Tech etc.) to deliver winning solutions to retail partners and customers.
  • Develop sales strategies and unique value propositions and solutions for clients
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline
  • Design, develop, and deliver, sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills & outstanding presentation skills
  • Experience with consultative, value-based selling
  • Significant experience in complex, targeted account sales strategies
  • Ability to manage a multi-threaded sales process and competitive deals
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems
  • Prior experience with eCommerce products and services
