DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate our growth with large Broker Dealers, DC Consultants, and Banks. The position presents an exciting opportunity to join a successful start-up as it accelerates its growth. You'll gain invaluable experience and real-time gratification in a place where your work and your efforts will be instantly seen and felt.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Play the lead role in managing a pipeline of key Enterprise Wealth Management firms, handling the full sales cycle from initial conversation through negotiation and close
  • Understand the goals, plans, timeline, organizational structures, and personal motivations of key buyers at prospective clients
  • Leverage and lead cross-functional teams within Pontera to deliver quality presentations to prospects, tailored specifically their needs and priorities
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process, demonstrating a willingness to test, learn, and implement best practices
  • Maintain accurate and up to date notes and opportunities in Salesforce
REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ year’s professional experience closing complex enterprise and strategic deals, with deep industry expertise in wealth management
  • World-class communicator with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact directly with C-level audiences at Fortune 100 financial institutions (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Experience negotiating complex, multi-year contracts
  • Consultative selling skills, capable of identifying your prospect's buying concept and position your pitch against it
  • Excellent relationship builder, capable of winning buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and process-driven
  • Self-starter with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
  • A sense of urgency and professional persistence, capable of bringing complex deals to a close
  • Demonstrated track record of top performance

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Pardot and other sales software
