Nayya is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who has a consultative sales approach and a successful track record winning and onboarding customers in the Enterprise space. You will ultimately be responsible for your own success within the territory, ensuring incremental growth in annual recurring revenue and new logo acquisition whilst providing the easiest buying experience possible for our customers. An “ownership” and entrepreneurial mentality is a must.


This role requires a go-getter who’s willing to own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and working closely with a BDR to presenting materials to multi-stakeholder, senior-level buyers. This is a growing team in a highly entrepreneurial environment with lots of greenfield territory, so we will also look to you to help design a sustainable sales process that will support our goal of making more Americans financially secure. If you enjoy blazing a trail in a customer segment where we have strong product-market fit but limited territory infiltration, then you will thrive in this role.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales complex and long cycle (approximately 6+ months from initial contact to close).
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, including lead generation, BDR enablement, and meeting with C-level buyers
  • Develop Nayya territory strategy to grow pipeline and account plans to break into whitespace accounts
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end sales motion for Strategic Enterprise customers including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, and contract negotiation to close deals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospects/customers along with relevant communication to move the sale through to closure.
  • Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders, including channel partners, within the accounts during complex sales cycles by continuously assessing customers’ needs and pain points. 
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Partner across the organization to give feedback on the product, create high satisfaction within your accounts, and successful deployment to closed deals 

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Enterprise Sales 
  • Prior experience selling in SaaS, preferably in the HR space but open to strong sales experience in other spaces
  • Consistently deliver on 6+ figure deals
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles using solution selling techniques
  • Relentless drive to identify, pursue and close new partnerships
  • Excellent presentation and pitching experience; we will look to you to call on high-level corporate leaders with comfort and professionalism and deliver a top-notch customer experience
  • Proven consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, forecasting, and driving quality opportunities to closure.
  • A resilient performer who can navigate the ups and downs of selling in a start-up environment
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
