About the Role:
Vercel's sales team is a group of deeply technical people spanning a range of business functions (developers, operations, marketing, product, IT) to help create a new category. We are a fast-growing organisation with a strong preference to develop team members and promote from within! Reporting to the Manager of Account Executives, you will be the driver of revenue growth and be on the front-lines of evangelising our platform in the A/NZ market.
What You Will Do:
- Identify, engage and educate early stage prospects
- Guide prospects through Vercel's buying journey with a focus on customer experience and outcomes and delivering measurable business impact
- Become proficient in Vercel's SPICCED methodology and use this to align prospects and internal teams
- Establish relationships with the local partner ecosystem to identify and execute co-selling motions
- Develop opportunities to raise awareness of and promote Vercel's front end cloud in the A/NZ market, including at events, within specific communities,
- Be a team player who actively supports your teammates through knowledge sharing, feedback and embracing and contributing to the team culture
- Engage internal stakeholders and be able to manage asynchronous communication across multiple regions, clearly articulating asks in a timely manner
About You:
- You are familiar with selling in the Australian market
- Very familiar with Enterprise SaaS sales cycle
- 5+ years experience in SaaS sales
- Proficient in communicating web technologies at a high level
- Able to sell to technical buyers / developers, driving process through legal, procurement, security
- Comfortable with outbound sales
- Ability to be self-guided, the team is very supportive, however we are also growing very quickly. Having the ability to accelerate and take ownership is key
- Love to work it out when challenged, happy to help create processes, rather than needing them all pre-defined
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
