Enterprise Account Executive - Israel Public Sector
Job Description
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to create long-term, trusting relationships within the public sector of Israel. The Enterprise Account Executiveβs role is to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

About The Role:
- 3+ years in SaaS Account Executive β Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise accounts, driving growth and renewals.
- 2+ years of experience in the Israeli Public Sector β working with government organizations, understanding procurement processes.
- Proven Sales Performance β History of exceeding sales targets, especially in the public sector.
- Native Hebrew Speaker β Fluent in Hebrew, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in English β Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience Selling Multi-Product Solutions β Advantage
- Exceptional Communication Skills β Able to engage with public sector stakeholders at all levels.
- Positive Attitude & Empathy β Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset.
- High Energy & Adaptability β Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements
- 3+ years in SaaS account management β MUST
- 2+ years working within the Israeli public sector β MUST
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas β MUST
- Native Hebrew speaker β MUST
- Proficient in English β MUST
- Experience selling to government or public sector organizations β Advantage
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes β Advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills β Ability to engage with government stakeholders at all levels
