We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow our public sector client base, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospect accounts in our New York State and Local Government territory. As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with government clients and prospects, developing and executing strategic account plans, and navigating the complexities of selling to government accounts.

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow our public sector client base, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospect accounts in our New York State and Local Government territory. As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with government clients and prospects, developing and executing strategic account plans, and navigating the complexities of selling to government accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in New York
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospect accounts in New York
- Understand the procurement process and navigate the complexities of selling to government clients
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure client needs are met
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and government regulations that may impact client needs
Requirements:
- Must be physically located in or near New York state.
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 3 years preferably working with government clients and prospect accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing client relationships
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
