The Recovery Services Sales team is actively seeking an Enterprise Account Executive focused on complex sales to mid-tier to large organizations that have greater than 1,000 employees who could benefit from our end-to-end Disaster Recovery solutions (physical asset recovery items and services). The Account Executive is primarily responsible for building relationships with enterprise organizations, will focus on complex new sales and will have experience selling end-to-end solutions with recurring revenue agreements. You will also be responsible for supporting the onboarding process and building that support relationship with the customer as they become Agility members. This is a remote position reporting to the VP of Recovery Sales and covering the West Region.
In this role, you will:
  • Achieve sales objectives through sales to new customers and sales of additional services to existing customers within our Recovery Services Business Unit
  • Selling Services (Industrial, Rental, Technology) and Physical Assets/Hardware
  • Working closely with an assigned existing member base to grow additional revenue through upgrades and additions; review current services and enhancements to promote member engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
  • Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships.
  • Ability to work within the base to find new opportunities to sell our services through other departments, new acquisitions, divisions, portfolio companies and supply chain to grow incremental revenue.
  • Work with members to onboard to Agility. Conduct quarterly member reviews.
  • Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.
  • Work with pre-sales team when technical or product support is required.
  • Experience selling similar product offerings such as: Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery, Power & Fuel, Mobile Recovery Units, Networking & Satellite Communications, Data Backup & Recovery, Professional Services
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Agility's products and services.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings, and other business issues relevant to the position.
  • Use effective time and territory management to maximize results.
  • Document daily sales activities in salesforce.com, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline, and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management.
  • Be an active team player both on the sales team and throughout Agility to help meet company objectives.
  • Provide feedback from field experience to internal cross-functional teams regarding product, selling, and competitive, etc. matters.
  • Working with accounting, operations, sales, and management teams to escalate issues, resolve member concerns and meet member needs.
  • Interact with Sales, Marketing, and external customers.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
  • Accountable for consistently bringing in new business from current members and from new opportunities.
  • Accountable for maintaining a rich pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Accountable for building trusted advisor relationships with new sales opportunities within assigned customer base.
  • Accountable for maintaining superior customer service through timely follow-ups, responsiveness, and setting clear expectations with current members.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales results in the enterprise space - ideally with reoccurring revenue products
  • Experience Selling Services: Industrial, Rentals, or Technology
  • Experience selling similar product offerings helpful such as: Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery, Power & Fuel, Mobile Recovery Units, Networking & Satellite Communications, Data Backup & Recovery, Professional Services
  • Experience working with procurement professionals or buyers who have dedicated procurement teams requires for purchasing
  • Proven solution selling skills
  • Proficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce.com and identifying additional tools to improve sales activity and results.
  • Previous success managing and selling to enterprise organizations in an assigned geographic territory.
  • Proven abilities to find new business through creative prospecting methods and prior successful track record of selling to an existing client base.
  • Proven ability to achieve quarterly sales and activity goals with a documented record of achievement.
  • Understand how to align activities with company goals
  • Passion for building exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to remain composed, courteous, and professional with a client-centric mentality.
  • Professional organizational, time management, and design-making skills
  • Must be able to interface and coordinate work effectively with business units and enterprise clients
  • Ability to follow existing procedures as well as the flexibility and creativity to develop, learn and help implement new ones.
  • A strong desire to learn to sell a unique and specialized service.
  • Ability & desire to learn intermediate IT, business continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
