About the Role:    

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager, to join our Enterprise sales team. Snap! Mobile Account Managers are empowered to have a critical impact on the future growth of our business. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive Customer experience by being the primary point of contact for key decision-makers. This will be done by collaborating with our Onboarding Managers and Account Executives to manage the ongoing customer relationship post-sale and onboarding. Responsibilities include daily management of relationships, upselling, cross-selling, and managing renewals. Candidates will provide best-in-class support for key decision-makers and Snap! Employees.

A successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, highly organized, and adaptable, with excellent time management skills. Since most of this role’s communication with key decision-makers and the Snap! Team is done via email and phone; excellent communication skills are a must! A “can-do” attitude is required, and the individual must thrive in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. We now utilize those skills and tools to provide best-in-class service to our group leaders in various channels.

This is a full-time, remote position.  

Enterprise Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers. Learn about their unique challenges and provide proactive and mutually beneficial sales solutions to help their programs succeed. This is measured by: product adoption rates post-onboarding, upsells, cross-sells, and renewal rates.
  • Utilize tools within our Snap! Mobile platform to set groups up for success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify resources and execute throughout the customer journey. Partnering with account executives, onboarding, customer success, and product.
  • Conduct quarterly/bi-annual reviews to gather feedback and ensure we’re contributing to their success.
  • Stay up to date on new additions to products to effectively cross-sell and uncover/identify opportunities.
  • Practice a will-to-win mindset and maintain a commitment to teamwork, accountability, and a constant desire to beat your personal best.
  • Build a weekly plan of action and hold yourself accountable to that schedule.
  • Be flexible in your business hours to support key decision makers, especially in seasonality volume increases and differences in time zones. 

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities in an Enterprise Account Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • A self-starter mentality and competitive by nature with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Must be an expert communicator who can present complex ideas in a way that anyone can understand -- both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in the Fintech industry is strongly preferred
  • Builds credibility and trust with customers
  • Proven success in meeting quotas in a goal-driven, fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently
  • Two-three years of experience in sales or customer service in a customer-centric environment
  • Coachable and eager to ask questions, receive feedback, and refine your skillset
  • Experience working with HubSpot, or alternative CRM preferred

Compensation: Base $65K-$75K with OTE $95k-$105K Depending on level of experience
