Job Description

Who we are:

With a legacy spanning over 20 years, IPS is the market leader in practice management software for chiropractic (ChiroTouch), optometry (RevolutionEHR), and therapy practices (ClinicSource) across the United States. We are a growing and profitable, privately funded organization who stays ahead of the pack by constantly innovating, growing, and developing new products and services that serve the health and wellness profession. Our software helps practitioners create a positive in-clinic experience for patients, from scheduling to treatment to payment and insurance processing. Our vision – to be the most loved, most essential software and service provider for every practice – is not just words. These words reflect who we are as a company, and who we are as people.

Department overview:

Each day in the sales department is a new chance to take a step forward in your pathway to success. Our sales team has collectively created and mastered the following mantras: develop your mind, build your character, excel professionally, and come here to win. Adopting this mentality and applying it to your work will be critical to your success as a sales development representative.

RevolutionEHR is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) with a proven track record of managing, expanding strategic and enterprise accounts and contract renewals. The EAM will fully understand the customer’s business, and will effectively partner with RevolutionEHR internal stakeholders in customer success, product management, engineering, finance & accounting, etc.

Your areas of accountability:

  • Manage the selling, renewal, and contracting processes for RevolutionEHR’s largest strategic accounts.
  • Lead the entire contract renewal process, including coordinating with pre-sales, sales management, product management, software engineering, legal/compliance, accounting, and implementation.
  • Be a trusted advisor to strategic customers through development of strong relationships with stakeholders and executives.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand and strategically influence customer goals and key performance metrics.
  • Manage a sales engineer for the conduct of sale demos and sales support activities (e.g. CRM administration, account updates, quoting, etc.).
  • Use Salesforce.com CRM to track and record sales and account activity.

Competencies for success:

  • 5+ years of B2B account management, sales, or customer relationship management experience in software as a service (SAAS) or healthcare IT. Optometry or healthcare vertical experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement.
  • Deep experience at managing relationships with senior-level executives within organizations of some complexity.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence multiple layers of organizations up to the senior leadership level.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring teammates or subordinates preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours when needed.

At Integrated Practice Solutions, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $31,150-$160,000 for this position.
