This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships within a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will manage high-value accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and delivering long-term commercial success through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Working in a fast-growing SaaS environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align customer outcomes with business objectives. The position requires a consultative approach, engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing key decisions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping account strategies while contributing to a high-performance, results-driven culture. Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying new opportunities across departments, stakeholders, and business units
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted commercial advisor
  • Lead complex negotiations and renewal processes, ensuring timely and value-driven outcomes
  • Identify expansion opportunities based on customer adoption, maturity, and evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategies and deliver customer value
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, track performance metrics, and contribute to overall revenue planning and reporting
  • Share best practices, contribute to team playbooks, and support continuous improvement in account management processes

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or SaaS-based commercial roles
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth within large, complex enterprise accounts
    • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
    • Experience managing multi-product portfolios and navigating long, complex sales cycles
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at an executive level
    • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret account data and prioritize growth opportunities
    • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS pricing models, contract structures, and renewal processes
    • Experience in compliance, risk, legal, ESG, or regulated industries is a plus
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong performance expectations
