Position Overview
Kaleidoscope is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Manager to serve as primary owner of a set book of our key clients, working closely with them to ensure they achieve their goals and drive customer retention and expansion from onboarding through renewal.

This high-impact role combines equal parts sales, relationship management, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a proven record of managing relationships at scale while driving renewals and expansions in a B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities
- Effectively renew, upsell, and cross-sell an assigned book of business of existing clients
- Maintains accurate records in systems including Salesforce and ChurnZero related to renewal, upsell, and churn opportunities, and delivers accurate forecasts related to revenue targets
- Learn your book of business inside and out to effectively position Kaleidoscope’s value proposition, always linking it back to key business issues of the customer
- Partner closely with our Kaleidoscope Customer Success Managers to ensure customers adopt and are successful on Kaleidoscope.
- Enlist and inspire customers to participate in Kaleidoscope events and other marketing materials.
- Manage overall customer loyalty, serving as an internal advocate and escalation point to customers.
- Becoming a Kaleidoscope expert, learning the ins and outs of scholarship and grant management tech
- Collaborate directly with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Participate in client meetings and calls, independently leading discussions and presentations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, proposing solutions that generate additional revenue.
- Assist with resolving client issues and troubleshooting common problems.
- Stay abreast of company offerings and industry trends to enhance client service delivery
About You
- You bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience in an early to mid-stage company, or in Scholarship Management industry
- History of exceeding renewal revenue targets
- Experience owning and driving projects end-to-end
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Superior cross-team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- A demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
- Ability to understand customer’s goals and recommend new approaches, strategies, and ways to drive adoption.
- An understanding of the ever-evolving needs of a dynamic, growing start-up organization.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work quickly, but not rush
- Strong presentation development and public speaking skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
