Enterprise Account Manager (Spanish Speaking)

An Enterprise Account Manager’s primary responsibilities are to cross-sell to find new business into new divisions of existing clients, upsell with new products, and renew Tomorrow.io’s existing client base. The objectives align with the company’s core values: put people first, make an impact, and show true grit. In addition, the Enterprise Account Manager must maintain current knowledge of all products, services, and competition.
What you bring…
- 5+ years of successful SaaS sales with proven quota attainment
- Spanish business proficiency or fully fluent
- Ability to qualify opportunities quickly and build relationships
- Expertise in delivering a compelling message
- Experience and comfort being conversant with all levels of personas
- Success with enterprise and global solution selling
- High degree of confidence throughout the sales cycle
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a “can do” attitude, balancing multiple tasks
- Discipline and motivation to work independently
- Working proficiency of CRM and PowerPoint
- BS/BA degree
- Sales and lead development training is recommended
What you’ll do…
- Manage a named book of Tier 1 & 2 clients as primary business point of contact
- Utilize referrals and existing business relationships to identify new business opportunities within existing clients
- Ability to target the right personas and build new relationships within existing clients through deep understanding of key vertical market value
- Ability to build/demonstrate value on how your clients are achieving ROI leveraging our weather intelligence solution
- Travel onsite to clients when needed, and attendance at weekly meetings with the Customer team in our Boston office
- Collaborate with all branches of Tomorrow.io (e.g. Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Enablement) to support highest quality of service and knowledge sharing with clients
- Generate accurate forecast and business pipeline
