Enterprise Accounts Product Manager

Tulip is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Accounts team. Your team owns Tulip’s enterprise features, account management, authentication, permissioning, among other key areas of the product. As PM for this team, you’ll define the strategy and roadmap to continue to improve Tulip’s enterprise offering. You’ll be the voice of customer for our enterprise segment and will work across the company to ensure we deliver on the key products we need in order to continue scaling rapidly with new and existing enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Deeply understand the needs of users in large organizations, ranging from end-users developing apps on Tulip, to administrators responsible for deployment and management of Tulip across entire organizations
• Define product strategies for accelerating the expansion of Tulip’s business for the enterprise segment for both new and existing customers
• Own the roadmap and drive customer-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build and successfully launch new products and features
• Build processes that will help our team and company continue to grow

Who you are

• You have 3+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company and have worked on enterprise solutions; experience with identity, authentication, legal and compliance, permissions, large-scale collaboration, or GxP is a plus.
• Strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking
• You have built products with deep product and UX design requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communicator. You can explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of taking ownership, initiative, and delivering results.
• You have demonstrated experience working closely with enterprise customers to deliver value
