Role Description
Oak Street Health is looking for a Director, Enterprise Analytics to join our broader Data Science and Analytics team. Reporting to the VP of Analytics this individual will act as a senior leader guiding several analytics teams including Patient Experience, Service Operations, and Growth. Responsibilities include leading analytics manager (and their teams), extensive partnerships with OSH's population health, clinical operational teams, and senior leadership on projects of strategic importance, and roadmap management for the Enterprise Analytics teams. This is a fast-paced role with high growth, visibility, impact, and where your strategic input and insight will directly shape the organization's direction.
Key Responsibilities

• Sets the strategy and direction for the Enterprise Analytics teams
• Expert in eliciting business requirements from various stakeholders
• Partners with VP and other leaders to develop and execute the roadmap
• Directly leads the technical and people management of data & analytics teams
• Responsible for ensuring technical excellence with reports, dashboards, and other analytical products
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 4-6 years of healthcare or life sciences experience
• Minimum of 2 years of an analytically focused leadership position
• Graduate education (PhD, DrPH, MS, MPH, etc.) preferred
• Expert data visualization skills (Tableau preferred)
• Expert SQL skills
• Expert leadership skills with the willingness to devote a subset of time to delivering analytical products
• Working knowledge of R or Python preferred
• Strong strategic planning skills
• The ability to work with other leaders to develop and execute analytical strategies
• Strong Project & Product Management skills
• The ability to lead in a matrix organization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• US work authorization
