Description
Enterprise Application Administrator II is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of the IT and information systems used to meet the business needs of the organization. They install software and participate in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the business needs of their organization.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the set-up and configuration of core business applications and the users of the applications.
2. Maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications
3. Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
4. Install and upgrade core business applications software, and integrate automation processes
5. Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
6. Meet and coordinate with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and the PMO to establish project scope, system goals, workflows, and requirements
7. Maintain acceptable attendance and dependability based on organizational guidelines
Necessary competencies:
1. Highly adaptive to an everchanging environment of technologies and priorities
2. Ability to work equally well within team settings or independently
3. Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization in both highly technical and non-technical settings
4. Ability to provide high quality customer service to both internal and external customers
5. Ability to complete high-quality work while meeting completion timelines
6. Ability to visualize and document workflows through process owner interview and review of procedural documentation
7. Data and Process Mapping skills
8. Scripting and Development Experience
9. Excellent writing and documenting skills
10. Strong project management skills with a focus on change management
Technical Expertise
1. Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, and implementing new applications and systems; concentration in financial applications preferred.
2. Experience in the principles and practices associated with systems and database maintenance and administration.
3. Nautilus/Onbase Workflow experience preferred.
4. Working knowledge of a programing language is preferred.
5. Experience with financial services or banking software application and systems is preferred.
Education and Experience
1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in an IT systems related field is preferred.
2. Certification: None.
3. Years of experience: 4 to 6 years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis.
4. Years of experience supervising: None.
Employment
1. This role is based out of Lakewood Ohio (Greater Cleveland). Local employment is ideal; however, we are accepting full-remote candidates willing to travel to the home office on an as-needed basis.
2. This position will require the ability to work flexible times including occasionally working beyond normal business hours on an "as needed" basis.
3. Employment eligibility to work with First Mutual Holding Co. in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
