Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with IT leadership and business stakeholders to establish application and data strategies.
• Convert business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint aimed at fulfilling business objectives, while thoroughly documenting the design and analysis of all solution architecture.
• Ensure that the target enterprise application and data architecture aligns with the business strategy and objectives.
• Identify deficiencies in the current state and develop a roadmap of initiatives to reach the desired target state.
• Promote technology innovation planning and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Establish and uphold standards, policies, and procedures for application and data architecture.
• Ensure compliance of application and data architecture and solutions with established architectural standards.
• Manage the tools and processes that support application and data architecture functions.
• Oversee the governance of overall application and data architecture.
• Cultivate strong relationships and partnerships with IT leadership and business stakeholders.
• Assist in raising community awareness and enhancing knowledge through upskilling initiatives.
• Lead the evaluation, design, and analysis for implementing solutions architecture across specific business applications or technologies, aligning with enterprise business strategies and requirements as well as enterprise standards.
• Ensure that the application project portfolio is consistent with the overarching application and data strategy.
• Provide guidance on solutions to facilitate the development of strategically aligned and high-quality solution designs.
• Comply with internal company policies and procedures as outlined by relevant internal teams, including Compliance, HR SOPs, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Microsoft MB700 Certification (Dynamics365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect), Microsoft PL600 Certification PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect, and Certified Data Management Professional certifications are nice to have
• Demonstrated experience in roles such as Application Architect or Data Management Professional within an enterprise setting.
• Experienced in utilizing application and data architecture frameworks, specifically TOGAF.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams through both direct and indirect management approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team, taking on additional responsibilities during peak periods, assisting colleagues, and offering guidance to other staff members.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for interpreting data from various sources and converting complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Czech and/or French is a plus.
