The Enterprise Applications (EA) Administrator is a key member of the EA team. Working alongside the Salesforce, NetSuite, and Ping teams to onboard and offboard users. They will also be trained on the ServiceNow platform to augment the current team and to update specific functionality and tasks owned by EA. In addition, the resource will be asked to support other EA functions including, but not limited to, Quality Assurance Testing.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
· Fulfill on-boarding and off-boarding activities (e.g., account provisioning) across all EA systems.
· Troubleshooting access issues reported by users.
· Monitoring key reports and processes to ensure issues are found proactively, resolving these issues and/or working with other EA team members to address.
· Perform support and maintenance audits of license availability and distribution across EA systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Smartsheet, DocuSign, etc.)
· Provide as-needed support and completion of tasks for the Salesforce and NetSuite teams. Depending on interest and availability the resource will have a chance to learn and complete basic admin tasks in Salesforce and/or NetSuite.
Qualifications:
· Interest in learning new technologies and processes.
· Ability to research, troubleshoot and investigate issues to resolution.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.
· Customer focus, leadership, and collaboration.
· Basic understanding of the systems development lifecycle including Agile.
· It will be beneficial if the candidate has working knowledge of ServiceNow.
· Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus.
· Experience with DocuSign Org Management a plus.
Additional Requirements and Details:
· Travel is not expected for this role.
· Working in a hybrid remote and office environment.
· Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
· Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements are required to operate a computer.
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).
· Frequent sitting and/or standing.
