Job Title: Enterprise Applications Manager

Job Summary:

• We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to join our client's management team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly EPICOR, as well as a strong background in project management. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the conversion of older ASP applications, so experience with application modernization is highly desirable. The position will be based in the Southeast Houston area, with travel to other company offices as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company's enterprise applications, with a primary focus on EPICOR ERP system.
• Lead the conversion of older ASP applications to modern technologies.
• Develop and implement project plans for application upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends related to enterprise applications

Skills / Qualifications Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Applications Management
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in related IT and Management.  
• Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably EPICOR.
• Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to company offices in the Southeast Houston area and surrounding regions as needed.

Skills/ Qualifications Desired:

• Experience with application modernization and conversion projects.
• Familiarity with other enterprise applications and technologies.
• Certifications in project management or ERP systems.

OTHER:

• Location: Southeast Houston, TX (Beaumont, LaPorte, Baytown offices)
• Office Type: Hybrid. Onsite 3x a week: Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursday; WFH 2x a week: Monday and Fridays
• Travel: may require up to 20% travel to other local offices in the Houston area
• Employment Type: Fulltime Salaried Employee (US work visa authorization not available)
• Salary Pay Range: $60,000 – $160,000, Competitive pay and benefits!
