Requirements:

Develop and document organization's IT infrastructure and maintain and update IT hardware, software and
services technology roadmaps to ensure they support established enterprise goals. Designs and defines system
architecture for new or existing services or systems. Oversees the transition into production process. Creates
and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution. Stay on top
of the latest trends and technologies and keep an eye out for any software, services or hardware that might
improve business processes and drive down operational costs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of program and customer goals and plans.
Document and develop in-depth knowledge of organization's existing IT architecture and infrastructure, and technology portfolio.• Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of infrastructure development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility.• Develop, document, make recommendations, and communicate plans for investing in IT infrastructure, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities.• Provides critical insight and guidance for the preparation and maintenance of all
documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projects.
Maintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology, always on the lookout
for new technologies, and works with management to evolve current processes.• Drives scalability and operability of supported systems/infrastructure.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA Degree or higher in field of computer science, information systems, or
computer engineering or relevant degree• Professional level certification relevant to enterprise architecture
5+ years work experience in systems engineering, or solution architect or systems architect roles• Current DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance• Familiar with Architectural Frameworks• Familiar with ITIL conformant Architecture Design Package creation and maintenance
