SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Enterprise Architect to help establish and lead our enterprise architecture function. As the first enterprise architect hired, you will have the opportunity to build the enterprise architecture capability from the ground up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the overall enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps aligning with business goals and initiatives
  • Establish enterprise architecture standards, policies, and frameworks to guide technology decision-making
  • Lead the rationalization and modernization of the existing application portfolio and technology infrastructure
  • Conduct diligence on new initiatives and acquisitions to ensure alignment with target architecture
  • Provide on-going architecture guidance for critical IT initiatives throughout implementation
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders on critical programs to provide architectural leadership and oversight
  • Create visual artifacts and models that effectively communicate the enterprise architecture
  • Evangelize the importance of enterprise architecture across the organization
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the organization

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as an enterprise architect
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, frameworks, and best practices
  • Experience developing enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps
  • Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, integration, data, and applications
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive consensus on architecture decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders
  • Passionate about translating business strategy into technology solutions
