About the Job
What You'll Do

• Provide leadership, analysis, and design expertise for the development, maintenance, and governance of enterprise architecture models, standards, and design patterns to ensure reliability and scalability of the application ecosystem to drive business outcomes with partnership of the business leaders.
• Create a reference architecture blueprint for all Enterprise platforms for SaaS and Subscription business models.
• Good technology understanding of Packaged applications like Salesforce, Oracle Cloud/ERP, Workday etc and AWS/Cloud-Native Architectures.
• Good functional understanding of SaaS business models with a coverage for Go-to-Market functions, Quote-to-cash subscription commerce , Finance functions etc.
• Lead, prioritize and develop the overall Agile Enterprise Architecture Strategy and practice for the organization in support of strategic and business capability goals and policies
• Collaborate with Product and business teams to drive strategic technology and platform alignment
• Evolve IT platforms effectiveness and fit for purpose to meet Zoom's needs and rationalize existing SaaS spend
• Evaluate new applications and platforms to ensure respective business, application, data, solution and technology perspectives are in line with the organization's technology and governance strategies, policies, and standards.
• Contribute to a Community of Practice for architects and engineers to collaborate, debate, and educate technical teams on acceptable design patterns and solutions. Mentor junior architects and technical team members
• Develop and maintain system diagrams, highlighting the relationship between business value, capabilities and technology by creating logical, business, integration and functional architecture artifacts for review by engineering teams and security
• Work closely with solution architects, providing frameworks, guidelines and best practices for implementing and configuring applications and database technologies.
• Improve application portfolio health and address technical debt, working with application delivery teams to ensure backlogs include technical debt work items
• Develop and promote modern architectural approaches that encourage value exchange with partners and customers, digitization of processes, business connectivity, and partner collaboration.
• Leadership that inspires peer respect, team building, continuous learning, & self-improvement. Nurtures a positive & collaborative work environment.

What You'll Bring

• Master's or bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
• Twelve or more years of total IT experience with eight or more years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, enterprise SaaS platforms, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment.
• Five or more years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis.
• Architecture or Technology Certifications are appreciated.
